Brooke Lemerise
My love for training began in high school, where I first discovered how strength, consistency, and proper movement could transform performance. After pushing myself for sports and seeing real results, fitness quickly became more than a routine—it became a passion.
After a serious sports injury shifted the direction of my life, it also deepened my commitment to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I grew up watching my parents stay active and nourish their bodies, and that foundation fueled my journey into proper training, mindful eating, and overall wellness.
As I stepped into new chapters of my life, I found a genuine love for coaching and helping others tap into their own potential. Alongside personal training, I’ve spent the last eight years coaching field hockey—with the past four at the collegiate level, where I continue to coach today. Guiding athletes and clients to push limits, build confidence, and find joy in movement has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
Outside the gym or field, you can usually find me with my dog, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying really good food. My mission is simple: to share my passion for training and sport, while continuning to learn from every person I work with. We all bring something powerful to the table—let’s build something amazing together.

Ever since I first stepped into a gym, I knew this was exaclty where I was meant to be. Growing up vegetarian, my physical and mental health were always a priority. As I got older, I continued to learn, evolve, and deepen my understanding of training, nutrition, and balance—strengthening my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a lifelong commitment. As a former NPC competitor and natural bodybuilder with over 13 years of training experience, I’ve seen firsthand what dedication and consistency can achieve. Vegetarian for 20 years and counting, I believe in fueling the body with intention.
Beyond the gym, I work as a youth counselor, helping others develop life skills through healthy habits. Family, growth, and continuous learning are the foundation of everything I do.
